In our respect to privacy, we will keep the location of this
residence private, as per request to the homeowner. No outside
shots that could disclose the residence's location will be shown
either.
The residence is one of the oldest homes in the area yet is still
not only magnificently constructed, yet beautifully decorated.
Being such a beautiful home, it served as a primary wake home in
that area, conducting many funerals for the public. The home also
once belonged to a relative of the current homeowner. This
occupant deceased in the home, only to be found several weeks
later.
The current homeowner claimed to constantly hear voices,
primarily in the early morning hours. Reports from the owners
young child, stated she would see an "old man" sitting on the bed
in her room. Could this be deceased family member or one of the
many "visitors" placed out for public viewing while their wake
was taking place. We hoped to find out!!
We arrived at the beautiful home and were warmly greeted by the
extremely nice and hospitable homeowner. We show great thanks
in her kindness in allowing us access to her home. We did a brief
walk-through of the residence and quickly set up our equipment,
enabling us to go "lights out".
In one room, I decided to set up a "control experiment", so to
speak. I placed a hat, once belonging to the deceased family
member on the child's bed, which is where she claimed to have
seen a male entity. Immediately after going "lights out", I made my
way to this room to take EMF readings. Almost immediately, I
received a short, yet strong, reading when hovering over the hat.
It happened so quick, I was unable to get it on camera and it did
not happen again that night.
The rest of the night consisted of taking audio samples and tons
of photos. No substantial evidence, other than several possible
orb-like objects caught in photos were found. The last of all the
evidence is being analyzed and gathered for a formal
presentation to the homeowner and we will post any future
findings as we see appropriate.
Again, we thank the gracious homeowner for allowing us to
investigate and we would love to make a second visit!
